UraFAN NAVI is a service for searching and comparing video works and providing general information about content providers.
If an account is required to use a work, registration, verification, login, purchases, payments, refunds, and account management are handled by the relevant provider.
UraFAN NAVI does not manage provider accounts or payment information.
For general information about registration, verification emails, or Japanese-language pages, please see our Help pages.
Individual provider account, purchase, or service issues should be directed to that provider’s official support.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, credit card information, or other sensitive information to UraFAN NAVI.
